"...If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good is that? So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead..." James 2:15-17 (ESV)
Food Distribution to the Homeless and needy
From Time to Time we:
- Assist with food distribution to the Homeless (sometime in partnership with other ministries local charity, like the Salvation Army, visiting team or groups).
Cloths and Goods Distribution
Once in a while or when we have donation for,
we will distribute Cloths and Gift to those in need in some communities. the image show distribution in the community of Bois Patat in the North and Dugard in the South.
Also, in Partnership with Samaritan Purse we have at some occasion offer Christmas Gift to Kids.
Cookies Christmas Operation
We use the opportunity given by celebration like Christmas to teach Children and young people from our Kids and Youth Clubs the depth of the love of God.
With them, making cookies or cakes and distributing them to targeted group: Bus Drivers, Police and serve men/ women, Firefighter and more.
Operation cookies Christmas is alway an occasion for Kids to know that The love of God whether it be salvation of blessing in any form is to be shared
Visit to the elderly homes
Visiting the Elderly homes with our youth, Kid's club, summer programs or DTS is a a way to not only share some love with them but also train our youths for caring and respect as part of our continual discipleship process.
The youth people will present songs, have conversation with the elderly and pray with them...
