Summer program Fees per country Category
Our Program is a full time Residential program and all participants should be prepare to stay, lodge or camp in group, serve and travel together within the host Country or as planned by the program. All fees include room and board (lodging /camping fees), planned ministries and some recreational activities . The program fee does not include travel to and from the Saint Lucia.
YWAM programs fees are defined in relation with the average per capita income of the participant’s home country. This helps make our program affordable to participants from all Countries. if participant from country A pay the actual cost of the program, we often need to raise fund to subsidized the fees of those from country B and C
Until summer 2022 we requested the following fees per participants

What Summer program fees cover:
- Ministry expenses and housing in group or camping setting for the duration of the program only
-Most activities/ministries related, and pre-planned recreational activities are also included (this may include Island Tours, beach outings, Hike etc...)
- Three basic meals per day, and
- Transportation to the numerous ministry and activities location within the announced country.
Important: Adjustment will be made on the per day cost depending on any change of the cost of living at time the program start or if the the program is traveling to an Island with a significantly different cost of living .
Summer Program fees does not cover :
- The cost of the Express ferry of flight ticket between the Islands
- extended out of program stay If you want to stay longer (or come earlier) or leave a few day after the program you can make arrangement with us in advance to add such to your fees
- Plane ticket to and from Saint Lucia
- Any additional travel fees to additional location such as express ferry etc. .

NB: For International participants we can arrange airport pick up and drop off round trip at a reasonable cost. expecially for for teams or groups . so let us know.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW : Any participant willing to attend but unable to pay the requested fees for their Country category can also let us know as we could discuss to and advise you some fund raising Ideas to mobilized the missing fees.
