APPLY FOR THE NEXT SUMMER PROGRAM

Our Summer Program is a full-time residential experience. All participants are expected to be fully engaged throughout the program by:

  • Living together in a shared community setting (lodging or camping)
  • Serving together in planned activities and outreach
  • Traveling as a group within the host country, as scheduled

This community lifestyle is an essential part of the experience, fostering unity, teamwork, and personal growth.

The program fee includes:

  • 🏠 Room and board (lodging or camping)
  • 🍽️ Meals throughout the program
  • 🤝 Planned ministry and outreach activities
  • 🎯 Selected recreational activities (pre-planned)

Please note:
The program fee does not include travel to and from Saint Lucia.


YWAM program fees are structured with global accessibility in mind. Fees are adjusted in relation to the average per capita income of each participant’s home country. This helps make our program affordable to participants from all Countries.

To make this possible, we often engage in fundraising efforts to help subsidize participation for individuals who cannot pay based on their country's situation.

The above fees Include transportations for various outreaches on the Island during the program  between July 25th and August 3rd 2026, but not airport pick up /drop off for international participant (details will be provided in the Information list)

What Summer program fees cover:

  •  Ministry expenses and housing in group or camping setting for the  duration of the program only
  • Most activities/ministries related, and pre-planned recreational activities are also included (this may include predefine Limited Island Tours, beach outings, Hike etc...)
  • Three basic meals per day, and
  • Transportation to the numerous ministry and activities location within the  country.


Important: Please note that program fees are subject to adjustment on a per-day basis depending on:

  • Changes in the cost of living at the time the program begins
  • Travel to locations (such as nearby islands) where the cost of living is significantly different

These adjustments help ensure that the program can be delivered effectively while maintaining the quality of accommodation, meals, and activities.


 Summer Program fees does not cover :

- The cost of the Express ferry of flight ticket  between the Islands

- extended out of program stay  If you want to stay longer (or come earlier) or leave a few day after the program you can make arrangement with us in advance to add such to your fees

- Plane ticket to and from Saint Lucia  

- Any additional travel fees to  additional location such as express ferry etc. .

NB: For International participants we can arrange airport pick up and drop off round trip at a reasonable cost. expecially for for teams or groups . so let us know.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW : Any participant willing to attend but unable to pay the requested fees for their Country category can also let us know as we could discuss to and advise you some fund raising Ideas to mobilized the  missing fees.
