Summer program Fees per country Category
Our Summer Program is a full-time residential experience. All participants are expected to be fully engaged throughout the program by:
- Living together in a shared community setting (lodging or camping)
- Serving together in planned activities and outreach
- Traveling as a group within the host country, as scheduled
This community lifestyle is an essential part of the experience, fostering unity, teamwork, and personal growth.
The program fee includes:
- 🏠 Room and board (lodging or camping)
- 🍽️ Meals throughout the program
- 🤝 Planned ministry and outreach activities
- 🎯 Selected recreational activities (pre-planned)

The program fee
does not include travel to and from Saint Lucia.
YWAM program fees are structured with global accessibility in mind. Fees are adjusted in relation to the average per capita income of each participant’s home country. This helps make our program affordable to participants from all Countries.
To make this possible, we often engage in fundraising efforts to help subsidize participation for individuals who cannot pay based on their country's situation.

The above fees include transportation for various outreaches across the island during the program, taking place from July 25th to August 3rd, 2026.
Please note that airport pick-up and drop-off for international participants are not included. Further details will be provided in the information package/list.
What Summer program fees cover:
- Ministry expenses and housing in group or camping setting for the duration of the program only
- Most activities/ministries related, and pre-planned recreational activities are also included (this may include predefine Limited Island Tours, beach outings, Hike etc...)
- Three basic meals per day, and
- Transportation to the numerous ministry and activities location within the country.
Important: Please note that program fees are subject to adjustment on a per-day basis depending on:
- Changes in the cost of living at the time the program begins
- Travel to locations (such as nearby islands) where the cost of living is significantly different
These adjustments help ensure that the program can be delivered effectively while maintaining the quality of accommodation, meals, and activities.
Summer Program fees do not cover:
- Transportation between islands, such as express ferry or flight tickets
- International airfare to and from Saint Lucia
- Extended stays outside of program dates (if you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer after the program, arrangements can be made in advance and added to your fees)
- Additional travel costs for optional trips or extra locations (e.g., ferry transfers, excursions, etc.)
✈️ Important Note for International Participants
Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged at a reasonable cost, especially for teams or groups. Please let us know in advance so we can assist with arrangements.
